How can we provide deliver 100% customized machines?

Step 1 - 100% analysis of customer needs
In first set we need to find out what beverage will be packed in the bottles, what design and size of the bottle is required, what capacity is expected.
After all customer requirements are recorded, the project is analyzed and initial equipment configuration (layout) is prepared.

Step 2 - development of customized line concept
We pay a lot of attention to the customer wishes so initial layout and offer is discussed in detail with our customer. Final version of the project, including design of the bottles (2D and 3D bottle view), final equipment configuration (with all dimensions and technical requirements) and the delivery time is agreed.,

Step 3 - pre-testes performance
Machines are produced and tested. To ensure smooth proceeding with preforms and bottle quality, customer should deliver preforms or granulate for testing of the machine.
Based on 2D and 3D bottle view accepted by the customer, blowing moulds are produced.
Bottle samples are precisely checked with requirements agreed with the customer -according accepted drawing - all main dimensions, bottle capacity, filling level, top-load, etc.

Step 4- delivery on time
SMF Project Manager coordinates with the customer time schedule for the project.
Machine is packed in a safe way - to protect against damages and weather impact.
All dimensions, weights and requirements for loading and transportation of the machine are agreed with the customer.
Machines are prepared for all conventional means of transport (trucks, sea container).

Step 5- service support
SMF provides first start-up of the machine and training for customer's staff at customer premises. All SMF machines and moulds are tested at SMF factory prior to shipment. After delivery of the machine, SMF technical staff comes to our customer to help install the machine and train how to operate it and provide the maintenance of the machine to assure the utmost productivity.

Step 6 - customer satisfaction
SMF provides also after guarantee service and availability of the spare parts for the machines.
